Song of the Moment: "Marathon" and a misplaced rant

Not a good place to be ranting about this but let me give you sneak peak of what could be a long blog post on dissatisfaction. 

I am having a lot of problems with Globe Telecom and their pretentious customer service channels. They'll say "Yes, we are working on it" but you can definitely feel they have no clear intentions of giving you a good response. Instead, they just give you a long chain of incoherent numbers and letters that serve as your proof that it's in their system.

This is one valuable advice on life I will give you now: At all costs, avoid transacting with the Globe Customer Hotline (via phone, e-mail or whatever). Sucking it up (or moving to the other network) might do you better.
